<![CDATA[Produksi vanili di Papua pada tahun 2015 mencapai 16 ton, luas area tanam 172 ha dengan nilai produktivitas sebesar 127 kg/ha (Statistik Perkebunan Provinsi Papua). Sedangkan berdasarkan data National Coperations Buissness Association pada tahun 2016 produksi vanili di Distrik Namblong mencapai 350 kg/ tahun dengan luas areal tanam 7 ha. Dalam budidaya vanili terdapat kendala yakni serangan organisme pengganggu tanaman (OPT), yakni serangan penyakit busuk sulur dan daun vanili. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah identifikasi penyebab penyakit busuk sulur dan daun tanaman vanili di perkebunan rakyat Distrik Namblong Kabupaten Jayapura. Hasil identifikasi mikroskopis yakni berdasar ciri morfologi diperoleh makro konidia, mikrokonidia dan memiliki hifa. Berdasarkan ciri morfologi tersebut maka diidentifikasi cendawan tersebut adalah Fusarium moniliforme. Sehingga penyebab penyakit busuk sulur dan daun pada tanaman vanili di Distrik Namblong Kabupaten Jayapura disebabkan oleh jamur Fusarium moniliforme.]]>

<![CDATA[Community empowerment is very important and must be done considering the rapid economic and technological growth lately will greatly affect the ability of each individual to meet their daily needs. Community empowerment is the process of developing human / community resources itself in the form of exploring personal abilities, creativity, complementation, and actions that are better than before. The allocation of village funds is intended to provide stimulants for financing the village goverment program in carrying our goverment activities in community emprowerment. The purpose of granting village fund allocationcs is to improve the administration of village goverment in carrying out goverment service, develoment and community development in accordance with their authority to increase the capacity of village communities in planning, implamenting and controlling participatory development in accordance with village potential.the sampel of this research is specifically for the community in kumbis district, Kimaam District, Kabupaten Merauke, amounting to 56 households with a period of reseach in February 2018. Data Analisysis technique uses multiple analisys regression equations to test thehypothesis that community empowerment has a positive effect on village fund management in Kimaam District, Merauke Regency. The results showed that the variable of community emprowerment of village funds with the regression result namely management and vilagge + 1,1268 + 1.449.]]>

<![CDATA[The Investment Office and the One Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP) of Merauke Regency have the task of providing guidance and developing the skills of the investment apparatus and actors in the field of investment, organizing guidance, monitoring, evaluating, reporting and controlling investment, organizing coordination of investment development, and administering office administration. This can be done by maximizing the performance of its employees by increasing discipline, such as supervision, coordination, motivation and so on so that employee performance increases. This disciplinary variable is closely related to the performance variable in achieving good service delivery to the community. The research sample is all employees in the Investment Office and the One Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP) of Merauke Regency with the research time period is February 2018. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression equations to test the hypothesis that discipline has a positive effect on employee performance in Investment Office and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) of Merauke Regency. The results of the study showed that the motivational variable had a positive and significant effect on performance with the results of the regression ie Performance = 28,626 + 0,240X. <![CDATA[Salah satu permasalahan yang ditimbulkan akibat meningkatnya jumlah penduduk dan perkembangan pembangunan di Distrik Sentani, Kabupaten Jayapura yaitu permasalahan sanitasi lingkungan, dimana jika tidak dikelola dengan baik akan berdampak negatif bagi kesehatan lingkungan dan masyarakat di wilayah itu Distrik Sentani itu sendiri. Selain itu, ketersediaan infrastruktur sanitasi lingkungan di Distrik Sentani dirasakan masih kurang dan masih perlu ditingkatkan, agar sesuai dengan standar yang disyaratkan dalam pengelolaan sanitasi lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan suatu hasil studi terkait permasalahan sanitasi lingkungan di Distrik Sentani Kabupaten Jayapura, sehingga dapat mengatasi permasalahan sanitasi lingkungan yang mana merupakan salah satu dari permasalahan pembangunan perkotaan. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dan analisis dalam penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa permasalahan sanitasi lingkungan yang terjadi di Distrik Sentani, Kabupaten Jayapura antara lain masih terdapat 50,8% tangki septik yang tersuspek tidak aman karena tidak memiliki bidang resapan; masih banyak area di wilayah Distrik Sentani yang merupakan area terjadinya genangan akibat belum adanya saluran drainase, beberapa ruas saluran yang berfungsi kurang maksimal, banyaknya material sedimen baik berupa pasir bahkan batuan yang ikut terbawa dalam saluran drainase; limbah cair industri rumah tangga di Distrik Sentani yang umumnya banyak menggunakan air dalam sistem prosesnyadan tidak dilengkapi dengan Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah (IPAL); serta masih minimnya Tempat Penampungan Sampah Sementara (TPS) di wilayah Distrik Sentani.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is entitled The Effect of Teacher Professionalism on Student Learning Achievement in Yapis Merauke Middle School (SMP). This study aims to find out how much the influence of teacher professionalism on student achievement both simultaneously and partially.The study population is the total number of teachers in the Yapis Merauke junior high school as many as 35 people.The results of the multiple linear regression equation are: Y = 15.147 + 0.076X₁ + 0.096X₂ + 0.088X₃. While the results of the study showed that the variables of teacher professionalism, namely education, experience and attitude simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on student achievement in Yapis Merauke junior high school with a Fcount value of 7.583, a significant level of 0.000, while a Ftable value with an alpha of 0.05 was obtained value of 2,679. Education has an influence on student achievement in junior high school (SMP) Yapis Merauke with a tcount of 2,563 and a sig of 0,000. Experience has an influence on student achievement in junior high school (SMP) Yapis Merauke with a tcount of 1.742 and a sig of 0.001. <![CDATA[Abstraksi - Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan algoritma data mining C4.5 untuk mencari penilaian kualitas layanan publik pada kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Manokwari Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 6 (enam) Atribut Kualitas Layanan yaitu: (1) Bukti Langsung; (2) Keandalan; (3) Daya Tanggap; (4) Jaminan dan (5) Empati. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini meliputi beberapa tahapan yaitu (1) pengumpulan data; (2) Preprosessing (3) Penentuan data Latih dan Data Uji; (4) Pembuatan Model Klasifikasi; dan (5) Pengujian Model Klasifikasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa atribut yang paling memiliki pengaruh paling besar adalah daya tanggap dan jaminan. <![CDATA[Development in the land of Papua has been conducted by the government, both physical and non-physical development, but until now still we hear at various occasions about the statements as follows that the government failed to “ Indonesianize” the indigenous Papuans, or “Papuans ohave not felt as part of Indonesia”. Papua has been a part of the Unitary Sate of the Republic of Indonesia for 57 years, but in reality the expression of the above statement is happening and increasing in line with events lately. Of course the situasion is a huge question in ous minds : Why does it happen? The condition should be a torment with maturity and create corrections for improvement, especially a non-physical development approach that is assessed by various parties less concerned if not tobe said to ignore. Some approaches are intentionally expressed as input to local and central stakeholders or anyone living in the land of Papua. These approaches are the records of the task of a community servant, experience, obsevations in various places, discussions and from various references. Intergroup handling approach “ Migrants and indigenous Papuans”. Should prioritize “win-win”, The desired leadership of Papua natives, leadership with “Heart”, Anthropological approach according to local customs/wisdom begins with lifting/empowering what the indigenous Papuans have. <![CDATA[Abstrak Salah satu daerah yang rawan longsor di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan adalah Kabupaten Gowa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan tingginya Indeks Rawan Bencana Indonesia (IRBI) Kabupaten Gowa yang dikeluarkan oleh Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) yang berada di peringkat 88 dengan skor 29 kategori “tinggi” pada tahun 2011, dan berada pada peringkat 5 dengan skor 36 kategori “tinggi” pada tahun 2013 (Kurniawan dkk., 2011 dan Kurniawan dkk, 2014). Berdasarkan identifikasi yang dilakukan dilapangan terdapat dua daerah yang terkena dampak Longsor cukup besar yaitu Daerah Sappaya (26/01/2020) dan Parangloe (20/01/2020) dimana bencana Longsor yang menimpah kedua daerah tersebut menelan korban jiwa sebanyak 17 orang, tata guna lahan rusak yaitu berupa pemukiman warga dan pasar serta akses jalan yang menjadi terganggu.Data BNPB selama satu bulan terahkir (Januari-Februari 2020.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kestabilan lereng dengan menggunakan parameter Geologi hasil uji geser langsung, kohesi dan berat jenis dengan pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi geostudio 2012 slope/w dan hubungannya dengan Morfologi dan mekanika properties pada batuan vulkanik serta mitigasinya.Hasil kegiatan ini kiranya dapat menjadi suatu acuan dalam penerapan mitigasi bencana geologi yang dipakai pada dua lokasi penelitian diatas sehingga dapat dijadikan pedoman untuk memodifikasi dan rekonstruksi lereng serta sosialisasi bagi masyarakat setempat. <![CDATA[The special autonomy policy, in additions to being associated with the aim of realizing the walfare of the community, is also to encouraged to promote a wider democratization and public service process, and also to strengthen the capacity and regional responsibility and resolving local problems with all the potential and creativity of region, which is also linked with the aim to maintain and strengthen the unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The meaning of “specificity” in the Papua Autonomy Act, contained 3 (three) main policies that constitute the spirit/soul of the Law, first : alignment to indigenous Papuans, creating/giving opportunities for self-development and placing them parallel/equal to other citizens in the frame of the unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia and the citizens of the word. Second : Protection of indigenous Papuans, = recognitions and legal protection of human rights and customery rights. Third : Empowerment of indigenous Papuans, = give the trust that is the manifestation they have: Community from Oriented (orientation to the real needs of local people); Community Based (based on rersources owned by local communities) and Community Managed (managed by local community from planning, implementation , control to the utilization of development outcomes). The remaining time of the implementation of OTSUS is the only 6 years long, it is the momentum to take the measures of strategy that should be taken by stakeholders both in the executive and legislative and cultural institution of indigenous Papuans. The time no longer to blame and feel right about OTSUS, the community will eventually give an assessment and give an answer to that we want to do, let us to do the best for society as our accountability on this blessed land.]]>

<![CDATA[Regional autonomy has brought impact of the desire to split parts of themselves or in other words, broke away to become the new autonomous region. Regional expansion is not just happening at the provincial level, but also occurred in the district / city level. The number of Regency / City is far more than the number of provincial post-reform 1999. Regional expansion phenomenon was driven by several factors that support among the existing regulations already provide a tremendous opportunity for the proliferation of regional expansion proposals. The procedure is quite easy, and encouraged some of the motives of "hidden" from the local political elites and political elites at the national Regional Expansion has brought negative atupun positive implications for society, local government and central government.
